Teenager[]
Michael Afton is a teenage boy with messy brown hair styled in a mullet, he wears a dark grey shirt with ripped sleeves, ripped dark blue jeans, and grey sneakers.
Adult[]
Adult Michael is an adult version of Michael Afton. He has a faint beard and his hair is less unkempt, he wears a purple dress shirt with "TECHNICIAN" written on the front, black gears on both shoulders, the Afton Robotics logo on the back with "AFTON ROBOTICS. LLC" written under with "1987 - 1991" also written under, dark blue pants, and brown shoes.
Infested[]
Infested Michael appears the same as Adult Michael, but with Ennard infesting his body. Ennard's eyes and wires can be seen poking out of his face, as well as some in his stomach.
Corpse[]
Corpse Michael is Michael Afton's undead body after being used by Ennard. He is a pure purple skeletal robloxian, with no shirt, and sporting blue pants. His skull is more similar to the shape of a real human compared to an actual robloxian. In either of his Suit Ups he wears a mask of a cartoony white bear to hide his face.

- According to Garge, an early version of Michael's description was "You won't die, but you'll wish you could," in reference to the exact line said by Scrap Baby in Ultimate Custom Night.
- Corpse Michael initially costed Tickets.
- The badge pinned on Old Adult Michael's chest is actually a FazToken.
- Before Nightguard Michael was officially added in Cinematographic Creeps, he was an unused character in Where Memories Sleep.
- Corpse Michael's bear mask and Franchisee outfit are references to the entrepreneur in FFPS' opening cutscene.
