Trivia[]
- Springtrap's old descriptions prior to Funtime Fever were "Spring Bonnie- %&*#^%#@$^*@#&$^@&#$% [Property of Fazbear Entertainment]" in the FNAF 1 map and "We found one. A REAL one! Recovered in a lost room in Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, this spooky blood-stained and pungent smelling robot is sure to make the new horror attraction exciting." in the FNAF 3 map.
- Springtrap was one of the first edited characters in Retro Mode, as he had a remodel in A Tale of Two Terrors. This also makes him the first character to be remodelled in TPRR.
- This makes him the only character to have 2 models which are considered "Retro Era".
- His icon was changed at the time, but for some reason it was changed back to the original in later versions.[1]
- Springtrap in the FNaF 3 map used to cost 800 FazTokens.
- Prior to Retro Mode breaking, he had Suit Up as a Retro Mode exclusive ability.
- Before Cinematographic Creeps, he had a Faceplates ability that would lift his mask. This would cost 5 tickets. This ability has since been replaced with an animation.
- According to Corrupt, Springtrap's idle animation is 30 seconds long, start to finish.
- Despite originating in FNaF 3, Springtrap is included in both the "Fazbear's Fright" section and the "Freddy Fazbear's Pizza" section of the Coin Characters.
- This is likely due to Springtrap being created in the FNAF 1 location during the FNAF 3 minigames.
- This could also be due to when TPRR first releasing there was no FNaF 3 category due to there being no map, so they placed Springtrap into the FNaF 1 category.
- His Springlock Pose animations reference the poses made by Springtrap in rare screens in FNAF 3.
- Additionally, his Twitch Sit animation is a reference to him twitching in the FNAF 3 trailer.
