Appearance[]
Stomaphobia Chica is a phobia infested version of Chica. Her eyeholes are incredibly large compared to her eyes, which appear almost miniscule. Her beak has been enlarged, and is now home to a full mouth of rotted teeth and gums. Her bib no longer displays the iconic "LETS EAT", instead showing a crudely drawn smiling face. Her arm's suit parts are held together by long weirdly bent flesh.

She appears in the Torturer's Trial, where she chases down the player after they touch the black teeth in her portion of the trial.
