Original Role

The Torturer resides at UCN Torturer's Tavern, where he hosts the Phobia challenge for mortals. A red one also appears at the Lighthouse, allowing the user to access the Tarnished by Time quest.

How To Earn

The Torturer can be unlocked in the UCN map by completing the "Candy Collector - Hell" achievement, by collecting 10 pieces of candy.
